Discord Rules, Celestia Drools [UPDATED]

This took ... really long. And has a ridiculous amount of layers and vector layers x_x But yeah, Discord is one of my favorite characters and that line really got stuck in my head so I had to draw a picture to it. Every time I look at this picture I feel like there's a typo but I don't think so ... if I made one please let me know x_x

I think I figured out how to do the outlines by now : P
